for civvie dates but the ratio of men vs women is way off so you may not get the same response I did.  

For example currently in DC there are 21,000 men seeking women but only 1,900 women seeking men.

I have belonged to AFF 2 times in 3 years. I signed up for 3 months each occasion (I didnt learn the first time). In my opinion, they are all fakes or put there by the owners to get your buck. You can send 100 messages to the girls, if you're lucky you will get 4 or 5 canned replies. Send those 5 a message, and you will receive the SAME canned reply.

I was a member for about two years and in that time I met about 10 women from the site I contacted, was a lot of fun, but when you have to talk to 250 women to meet 10, it's a little more work than it's worth. In the whole time I was a member I had about 30 legit women e-mail me and met only 3 of them. So total of 13 women in 24 months.

And its a waste of time and money, if ya ask me.

Matter of fact, all those on-line dating sites are terrible now. It was a great idea back when it started but now its flooded with only guys and very few women. I contacted dozens of women but never got a legit response from any.

LegMan is right on this.  I got what seemed like a canned response, so I replied asking some specific questions about the DC area.  They had no idea.  Also if you were in this area, my screen name (different from this one) would be obvious as to what it meant, but she asked in an email, but my screen name meant.

Don't waste your money.
