Since I'm relatively new, just wondering why some agencies & providers are banned?? I saw one provider recently (looks 10 - performace 4) from a banned agency & another utr provide in DC (looks 4 - perform 10)...I would like to review both but I know  it would never make the review list.

Usual reason is self-reviews of their providers, or "deep sixing" competition providers in reviews.  There can be other rule infractions which could cause it as well.  The moderator regularly goes over this issue about once a month.  As you said, don't bother to submit a review of a provider from a banned agency.  You will be wasting your time and effort.

As for the UTR provider, generally that goes hand in hand with not having a website.  That means the same thing as above.  Your review would not be approved.  Also, UTR providers generally don't want to be reviewed.  That is a big part of what UTR is, after all.  You find them (if they are accepting new hobbyists at all) through their trusted hobbyists and providers.  They specifically do not advertise in the open, or it is very low key.

There is nothing to say you can't review someone and since it isn't a published list, they will tell you when your review doesn't goes up - so post it, come back and tell us what they say after POSTING IT - LOL Have a nice Day

As far as I know your review will be accepted if it meets normal requirements and there is a web site or escort mall link to post. If the agency or provider is banned there simply won't be a link to the provider available.
