In order of preference for me.  I have stayed downtown a lot over the last couple of years.

Renaissance Harborplace
Marriott Waterfront Hotel (not really at innner harbor)
Harbor court
Hyatt Regency

Not as expensive, but nice

The new Courtyard by Marriott Inner Harbor or Marriott Inner Harbor Camden Yards.

i am helpinga  provider find a hotel in baltimore for minitour.she i think would prefer inner harbor and higher class.with suite options.and not le trap.thanks
