Ok, I am really new at this and after a horrible experience the other day need help.  1.  Please explain the nonverbal communication needed to not raise suspension and have the massage move on to the next level.
2.  If not looking for full service how much should I tip and should I tip before or after the session.  Help the girl was so hot and all I got was a massage!  The place was reviewed!

Jeopcon is exactly right on what to do. Let me emphasize one thing -put the $ out on the table in advance so she can see it and count it. Then when you say everything, she knows what's going on.  
By the way, sometimes, some providers do not do f/s so you may have encountered that at the place you went.
