I always try to give them a 2 week notice for an advanced appointment. They have to get their body in tone to make sure they are regular. Also it takes about 1 hour to clean the ass out. Things can be tricky in the winter with it being so dry sometimes. Some will want to do a fast before the appointment to make sure they are clean like they are in the porno flicks.

Depends on what they feel are necessary preparations.  For a few people, it's as simple as taking a good crap, wiping thoroughly, and then using plenty of lube; this might take half an hour, perhaps.  For others, it can be much more involved, with a high-fiber diet, repeated enemas, and exercises to relax the sphincters -- this might be over the course of a few days.  In any case, it takes a while for the muscles to relax once you actually get started.

My advice is to find someone who is experienced with it, and make an appointment in advance.  You're probably not going to have a lot of luck if you're saying, "I've got an idea! For the second pop, let's do Greek!"

There is no need for a week of preparation or go into a zen meditation to relax you ass. This is all bull crap (pun intended).

Of course I need to know BEFORE the appointment, to ensure my colon is sparkling clean for backdoor fun.

Because I provide greek in regular basis, every morning I do a first cleansing. Takes me about 30 minutes.

Then, I just do a "maintenance" during the day, prior each greek session. Takes me about 10 minutes.

If a woman keeps her colon clean, there is no need for special diets or days of extensive preparation.

Also, the feeling of being "clean" inside is awesome, once I started to get into a daily routine of doing it, my body kind of changed.
