I have been to Germany, Holland, Russia and Ukraine. I have been to Viking Resort in the Dominican Republic but the Grandaddy of them all is Brazil. Brazil has all of Europe and the rest of the Americas beat Hands down, in both value and beauty. The thing is that I can turn the NY trip into a business trip as well as a hobby trip.

I am tempted to drive to NY to see a pornstar. Kind of a belated  Christmas gift to myself. Flying to NY is only an hour but with the TSX checkpoint lines and check in, plus deboarding and taking a cab to midtown, a good 5 hours have passed. The same amount of time it would take to drive.  So how much or what is the limit you would put on time or distance you would put on seeing a 10-10 ?

five hours is not so bad considering your on a quest for a lifetime memory here...but my man...take the Acela train to NYC..About the same cost...much less hassle and maybe even faster than flying once delays and cabs are thrown in..
Now, may we inquire who this damsel is?

Sure you may ask. I have been lusting over this Barbie Doll for a while.  Last yea was a good year so I qualified for a bonus, otherwise I would be hobbying DC for overpriced average girls. What do you think?

If I had the time i would do it.  
Considering it a gift to yourself is a superb reason. If you really need a reason  
But...Amtrak is much easier and user friendly and absorbs less time.  
Train-taxi to her-back same day!

...I am invited to New York every few months by private invitation, and would never fly; unless the gentleman is providing the jet.  Amtrak is relaxing, and old school.  Quite fun!

   I will be in New York mid January and given winter weather, why would I fly?

If you're sure she's a 10/10 and not coming here.  Also, make sure she's reliable, so she doesn't cancel at the last minute.   It's doable.  In fact, I've done it--for a certified 10/10.  :)

The Acela takes about 3:00 each way.  The regular train takes about 3:40, but starts at only $98 roundtrip if you can book in advance.

In January, I had some spare time, so I flew to L.A. to see an absolute 10/10 who was running an unbelievable special.  It was definitely worth it

But she has been to DC before just this past summer as a matter of fact. She toured here with a lady who is visiting us right now Cindy Valentino. You may want to inquire if she plans to tour here again soon.

I'm guilty of taking the trip up to new York...
I gives me an excuse to pop in and see my family and friends and make a few new ones!
But as a gentleman, why not just request your city on her next tour instead of going so far out of your way? There are plenty of lovely ladies here in DC and Bmore ;)

Go to FKK clubs in Germany and you will get to see some real 10-10 for dirt cheap price...If you want to go to Latin America (Costa Rica, Dominican Republic etc) its even cheaper.  

Depending on your needs, you can have great time for anywhere between 4-5K. And that includes air ticket, lodging, food and PUSSY.  I was there a couple of yrs ago and had a total blast.  

It may take some planning on your part and patience, but some real good time to be had if you can plan.
