I notice people posting from time to time asking whether a particular women on BackPage is legitimate or not, so I decided to repost this list.  These “escorts” below are still ripping people off.  They have been around for years, and they float between Eros and BackPage.

Their procedure is to ask for a drivers license, repeat your name and address to someone on the phone, collect your money, and then refuse to provide any service.  When a bad review is posted, she simply changes her phone number and her name slightly.  I track the phone number, and when it changes, I look for a review under the old phone number.  But I am not always successful.

I apologize that this list is nowhere complete.  These are just the obvious rip-offs whom I have tracked for years.  I advise you to be skeptical of anyone on BackPage offering "Outcall Only" service.

It should be obvious by now. If it looks too good to be true it usually is. Anyone can steal photos from models and then run this scam. I wonder when will they run into someone who is irate and inflists a beating or worse? After all they're going to meet someone they don't know in a strange location. I'm not advocating that but it could happen.

Make fake appointments and have them drive across town to a 7 11. Once they start losing more then they steal, we could run them away.  I had a scammer do that to me once or twice, well 3 times.  You feel vulnerable when you got someone in your place. Do research and never pay until you know it's real

...I hope many of these rip-offs, posting on either site, will move to another area.

Actually Ive been on eros for months before and Lamont never mentioned me once.  

If youre a guy, just see who u want, do ur research..... dont leave it up to these random posters to make ur final decision for you. They miss ALOT of postings(Im telling you, I had an ad up for months, LC NEVER mentioned me thats bullsh!t)I believe all he does is copy the Whats New Listings and check for reviews & what he fails to realize is the Whats New listing changes daily. ;-( Hence he misses many ads, be they real or fake.
