Okay, so I setup an appointment with a large well know agency . I arrived today and after showering find out the provider has a cold sore on her lip. Mind you, she kissed me when I arrived. She says that she informed her agency in the morning and they tell her to proceed with her appoinments but no kissing. What about bbbj, rimming, etc... shouldnt they have informed me ahead of time? I contacted the agency after as I had left within 20 minutes because I didnt want a cbj and no kissing. They stated she never informed them and offered me a $50 discount on my next visit. Guys, is this acceptable? Trying to get your thoughts before I "out" the agency and provider.

The agency has now banned me from their site due to me questioning them and expressing my disatisfaction. The reason I was frustrated is because they should just cancel appointments if they are aware of this type of issue. It's not a good experience and could be unsafe.
Unfortunately, that is the state of affairs with many an agency. They are never in the wrong and any slight you make against them is a bannable offense. Fact of the matter is, for every client they lose, there are more than likely 3 others waiting on a verification email to see the next girl in town.
There are countless threads in here bashing some of the more popular agencies in the area, most of them rightfully so, but none of them have been put out of business. Why? because most of these clients are willing to put up with the bs so they don't lose access to the poon. We all know how much of a hassle it can be to get verified and being blacklisted is not worth the risk of leaving bad reviews or whatever other bs you might get banned for. I sometimes wonder how many agency girls would have poor reviews instead of glowing ones if the agency wasn't breathing down your neck.
Do you think the agencies give there girls a once over in preparation for a day of activity?
Do you think the girl who needs the money might be forthcoming about an issue such as this.

Hope the providers who show open sore take off work, reducing the chance of transmission. Expecting agencies to do visual inspections is stupid. I doubt any agency who was informed by a provider of an outbreak would force them to work, not best business practic.

I think when quality of agency declines they start resorting to banning clients etc.
When the quality of agency goes down they ban? I think when the quality goes up they can easily ban without a financial loss as opposed to bad agencies accepting anyone such as any hobbyist or any provider they won’t ban either.
One example to refute this would be AME. Bunch of posts claimed that clients would be yelled at for negative reviews and look where they are now, Closed.
I think its all perception perhaps - Agencies "think" that they are doing too good whereas the reality could be different and Bam.. one day it strikes them and by then it might be too late. How many clients can you ban, which also leads others to be hesitant to use them? Did that not happen with AME where people started to use them as the agency of last resort and their quality just went downhill.

Who knows with agencies, TDC is too new. Haven't heard about TDC yelling at clients for negative reviews yet but that doesn't mean that it has not happened. I've not heard of it yet.
In my opinion, agencies are all about the same, one no better or worse than the other.

If you have a cold sore in your mouth, whether a provider or client, it's just common sense to wait the required week or two to let it heal before resuming regular activities. A week or two goes by pretty quick. Shit--a year goes by quick.
Pure conjecture here... but possibly the agency didn't want to shut down ops? Or maybe the provider unwisely chose to move forward vs. losing income for the healing process time period. Once again.... this is purely conjecture. I have no knowledge of the incident other than what I've read here.
