Yes! Yes! Yes!  I always check out the lady who has white listed.. I pm or call as well.. So the white list to me is just a start.. Also, if the fells has reviewed you, you can go to him from your review and white list that way.. A bit quicker.. It just seems to work so well in other areas... I hope it catch's on here and is able to help you all as well..
It is similar to P411 or date-check.. Just because someone says "okay" the fella may not be okay in someone else's mind.. There is a difference between someone being a gentleman and a lady not going to jail and donation all there... So what may be okay to some is not okay to other's.. You still have to research but there is a lot more to start the research from, with the white list...

It seems that you all don't really use the white list in your area.. :(  The white list can be a very very good screening tool.. I am a provider that requires references, as I hope all the ladies do.. When you have a lengthy white list built up it makes it so much easier... I (the provider) can just look at the white list, look the ladies up, and contact them here on TER... It seems to save a lot of time. Just a thought to save everyone some time and energy...

Hope the white list catch's on a lil better over here...

:)

I am a new provider in the states, but not to the business and I think that the white list is great. It is one of the things that I check on every client that gives me a TER username.

So far all of the gentleman that I have met have been absolutly great and if I am asked I will white list them. If any that I white list should ever become anything less than what I concider an acceptable client I will remove my recomendation of them.

The only problem that I have run into with the white list is that a good proportion of the gentleman them selves have changed their e-mail and if I am contacted outside of TER PM I cannot match their TER white list to their e-mail. When this happens I will have them PM me or send me an e-mail from the e-mail account that they used when they set up their TER account

I have read some posts awhile back where some providers and hobbiests alike were concerned with the implications that would or could be used against them if they were/did white liste/d. I feel that this is just fear mongering as this is all for entertainment and not backed by any verifiable facts. So lets all be entertained and lookout for one another.

I have asked about this white list thing when I joined TER. It sounded good from the TER description. Then when I asked for a white listing from an agency, I got told that if Ladies white listed you, then LE could use that against them as an admition of guilt. Whereas the reviews are supposedly fictional, which some of them are, or embellishments, compared to my encounters with the same person. So some ladies in the DC area are hesitant to provide white listings, some don't know how to do it, All of them have to be asked to do it by the reviewer and most reviewers don't ask. That about covers it.

I always provide a whitelist for my favorite people!  How much more an admission of guilt is it then giving a referral or using date-check or preferred 411!  All fictional encounters, like playing some games on the computer!  My fictional charecter is Angelina.  Maybe I am missing something, if so please enlighten me!

I have looked at mant white listed gentleman and severial of them have agencey white listings. The agencey can white list you they just chose not to.

I have seen some providers whitelist a guy that they have not seen in session.

Some providers don't want to whitelist a guy because they don't want other providers to know they are seeing a client that sees them a lot. They don't want to loose the revenue stream. There are several guys that paid thousands to see one provider multiple times and she never whitelisted them.

I have seen a provider whitelist a guy. Then take off the whitelist then put back on the whitelist.

Bests to get direct references or use site such as date-check.

It's so-so imo... a few nice guys I still time to time who are members of this site don't have whitelist referrals. Them not always having them doesn't mean they aren't safe. Though I would love to I can't always trust another provider's referral because say the guy only saw that provider once and they had a good time but they never saw each other again after that IMO one good visit isn't always enough to get a solid feel for a person and he could be a total jerk to the next girl or 3 he goes to see so it reflects on your judgement a little bit.

I just figured out how to white list and immediately white listed the guys I knew who definitely qualified as, "good guys." I would never white list someone I had just met, that cannot be said of everyone.  I would say check out the provider before taking her word that the white list is legitimate.  For example, does this provider have good reviews, does she advertise in the better places and does she have a website?  I know this seems like a good bit of work, but what's more important than your safety?

to pull work or personal info from a potential client. I can do it in much less time than other verification process, but for verification what is better a reference or work history. I think the reference should hold mere weight. I have met some very wonderfull gentleman from here and so far all of them I will love to see again.

I use the White List all the time for a referral. Most providers I see accept it.
There are a few ladies I gave seem that don't want to White List anyone, but that is their choice.

I found this discussion very interesting, although after hearing the pros and cons on white listing, I'm more confused than convinced one way or another whether I should REQUEST a white list referral from a provider or not...

I only recently became aware of this whitelist feature and discovered I had one referral, although I hadn't requested any from anyone, and was unaware that the normal procedure was for the client to request one from the provider.

I am still "on the fence" whether it would be beneficial for me to request white list referrals. I would love to know the consensus from providers whether it would be beneficial for a client to have a number of referrals or fairly irrelevant?

I'm looking into TER policy about agencies whitelisting.

I would not appreciate it if a lady began calling my White List providers without my knowledge.

1.I have not seen some of these ladies in years.

2. I would always want to give a potential reference a 'heads-up' in advance of being called or emailed by a prospective date.
