Seems like she overbooked. Next time book a 2 hour appointment with her. She probably goes for the highest bidder.

Brianna Cavalli canceled on me last minute and gave me an excuse which was in direct conflict with what she told me in an earlier email.

I'm sure it was just a case of her changing her mind (which ALL providers are entitled to do).  I just wish she woulda come clean and said it, instead of making up some obviously weak excuse.
