would it make sense to write the full review first? wait for it to become approved, then write the mini just to inform everybody that it's up? I don't see any hurt in that.
This is just my opinion. Beacuse reviews are guaranteed to take more than 72 hours to get approved, do not post a Mini until you've submitted a full review.
Even then, you're not safe. We're losing mini-review privedges left and right because guys are being too careless with the forum rules.
I would hate for anyone else to lose this privedge because it hurts the rest of us.
Mini-reviews MUST be followed within 72 hours by the posting of a full review.
Since the moderators do not have insight into the review process, we have begun requiring that the review be approved before allowing another mini-review by a poster. It is the only way that we can make sure that the rules are followed as they should be.
For example, if Joe posts a mini-review on Dec 1, he must follow-up and submit his full review by Dec 3. Let's assume that his review is then approved on Dec 15. He may NOT post another mini-review between the dates of Dec 1 and Dec. 15.

I posted a review back the beginning of this year for my ATF (Amber Reese). I saw her right before she retired. By the time my review was looked at, her webpage had been pulled and my review was rejected. I didn't say anthing at the time because I was hopefull she would reapear and I could see her again and write a review. About a month ago, I gave up on her reappearing and wrote to TER asking for them to consider allowing my review. Afterall it was a real review posted within the TER time constraints. Keep in mind that I'm a paying TER member, so I had nothing to gain but the fact that I had my ATF review in my history. TER denied my request stating the review was out of the TER time constraints now and that all reviews have to have a valid website. What a crock............ I'm all for following the rules, but as a paying customer, I would have thought I would have gotten a little common sense consideration. Oh wellllllllllll, nothing I can do but accept............
