Do you guys tip? Under what condition should we tip? Im asking because I've seen this provider multiple times, but I think the agency is charge less than what I think it should be worth. I also don't want to do it because the provider might expect it in the future.

If the service goes beyond what the expectations or reviews is when I tip.  Providers that I see multiple times I tip, because there is a reason I see them multiple times, and by tipping the level of service stays the same.

If you feel the provider is being shortchanged by her agency, and you have already seen her multiple times, now may be the time to negotiate encounters on the side, where you pay the same (or even lower) rate, but the provider gets all the money.

Or encourage her to go indy.

I am not a fan of tipping, either in the hobby or anywhere else.  Tips should be factored into the price if they are warranted.

I don't tip normally but I think it should be personal preference. I hate when certain guys attack others for not tipping and being cheapskates but I also hate it when certain guys attack others for tipping and claiming it messes it up for everyone else.

Never ever ever ever tip for normal service.  I will tip if a girl sees me outside of her normal hours or does something she normally would not do.  Otherwise, why raise the price of pussy?  If she wanted to make more she would either go independent or hold out for a higher rate.

I would only tip if the provider goes out of her for me. Or the service really exceded my expectations. If you feel you should tip then go for it. Hopefully she doesn't expect it later.

By that logic why tip anyone in any situation? I mean a waiter or waitress is doing "normal service".

(waiters and waitresses) are not getting paid a full wage.  Their compensation is supposed to be base don their level of service.

In this case, the provider is getting a full fee for their service - like your lawyer.  Do you tip him?

I have tipped some ladies that have provided exceptional service, esp if I think I am coming back. Tipping is not always expected either. Most Ladies hope that the full amount is in the envelope and they are not short changed. Sometimes, I bring a little gift from a foriegn country or a bottle of wine (if thats what they are into). But no one should Expect to be tipped and hobbiests should not be pressured into it or upsold.  Upsold was valid in two cases were I wanted extra services and knew that was going to cost more based on previous reviews. Aren't reviews great, well they were till they took the scores away.

But when it comes to getting screwed by someone they are almost as good as my ATF!

In answers to this perennial and legitimate query, some posters inevitably try to set policy, i.e. whether to tip or not, or how much.  This is strictly an individual decision, and no one's business unless someone wants to share his individual practices with the board. There's no one size fits all on this one, I'm afraid.

Nope, I rarely tip.  Some agency ladies might get a tip because I know the cut can be unfair at times and if they excede my expectations then they deserve it.  Indy girls charge their price and that is what they get.
