First, Madi leaves and is never heard from again, then I see Holly showing off her new independent website annd yesterday Kiley (my personal favorite) surfaces with her own $400 an hour webpage. I hope things are OK over there in PGF land. I enjoyed the booty but now that they have just about all left and raised their prices may or may not be a good thing.
Don't know if Sara pulled it or a mod, but she was not happy with Kiley's exit.
Yes I was pissed about Kiley and I got in trouble for responding in the way I did since it was her ad. I was wrong for that.
I was not mad that she went indy, Im happy about that. Im just saddened by the nature of her exit.
I encourage all girls to go indy if they are able to....they make more $ and typically the clientele is better. Meaning the indy guys like to spend more time getting to know the girls as opposed to tasting every flavor of the rainbow.
Madi and I are very good friends and we've planned for her to go indy since day 1! She is truly 1 of a kind and needs to shine like the star she is.
She will be coming out with her new site and everything next week.
Divya, Jenna, Penelope, AnneMarie....every other girl who has left or visited as the case is with A.M. and I are still good friends and I have the utmost respect for them and would help them in any way I can. Kiley and Holly, not so much but best of luck to them and their above average rates and please dont ask me about them after this post as I wont spend 1 more minute talking about them : )
This is NOT a fast paced agency so I dont work with every girl who applies. A lot of guys avoid this agency because I actually screen, other avoid because I dont have a huge variety. In any case while it seems like some1 is always leaving its usually because the girl has something positive going on which is super cool with me

Pure is a very good agency which has had a particularly good run of excellent girls in the past year. Part of the business is girls come and go to be replaced with others. Pure has had some great girls (Madi) depart lately and added some equally great girls (Alicia). How many times have you seen an agency offer to give contact information about a former employee? I was fortunate enough to see Madi on her last day with Pure, which was actually a make up from a prior date. She only said good things about Sara and Pure.
Not quite sure what's going on exactly, since I'm too drunk to follow every thread by this time of evening 
but I hope that PGF can bring in some more talent in the future.
I really enjoyed using services of Pure Girlfriends and know for a fact that PGF focuses on quality rather than quantity. Everything's handled professionally and smoothly. Sara is also very easy to talk to and work with.
She treats her ladies with respect and more importantly treats them like a human being. I'd choose an agency like PGF any day over others that work their girls off all day treating them like a piece of meat going through an assembly line....
Also, Madi looks much better in person. She reminded me of a caucasian actress, but I can't remember the name. Her photos, while still great, don't seem to do much justice but hopefully her indy website can take care of that now.

She reminds me of Sarah Chalke who played Elliot Reid (blond dr) on Scrubs.
But would not expect any thing less from PGF. It sounds like the ladies in question gave little if any notice concerning their plans. Not really a good way to launch their new endeavor. I hope they develope some savy....it's a tough biz.
That type of info (and honesty) is much appreciated and yet another reason you (and PGF) are so well thought of.
...nature of her exit"...and being "pissed" is understandable. Some people are gracious and have class; others obviously do not.
There are always two sides to every story, one party here has taken a less than "classy" shot which was removed and then this little stab but we haven't seen that same type of action from either of the other girls. Put Sara on a pedestal all you want, but know there is another side to this tale and so far the girls have taken the high road which in my eyes is the gracious and classy move rather than outright bash their former boss and trusted business manager in a public forum.
Kudos to Pure for handling this with aplomb.
I can understand, things get weird at the end. When a firm I worked with was acquired and the group I was with was being reorganized, my boss and I (top of the management structure) were let go. I had a transition meeting with a client that I was in the process of delivering a proposal to. I went with the staff person that was assuming the relationship and made introductions. When that person gave the client the proposal, it was pushed back across the table with the explanation that they only wanted to work with me. While a huge ego boost, I knew it was neither the time nor the place to build my client list in that meeting on my "still current" employer's time (I did end up as an consultant after that and they did find me and became a client as did other clients from my time at that company).
Some principals I have gone by in my 15 year consulting practice.
Never promote yourself or your business on someone else's time or dime
Never say things about current, former employers, or partners or clients to sway others loyalty
Never say something about anyone you wouldn't say to them directly
Never take, use or disrupt information between parties that you wouldn't have access to normally
ALWAYS come out as the good guy and your esteem and reputation will thrive.
Customers come and go, reputations stay with you to your tombstone.
You are right about how one should handle a situation like this, but wrong about how PGF handled it.
Sara didn't handle it with great aplomb. You should have seen the original post she made. Why do you think the mod pulled it?

I did not know that there was a requirment by us (hobbiest) for the girls to give 2 weeks notice to anyone they may or may not work for. However even if you take that into account, I would think that discussion would be between employer and employee in private
Personally I don't really care if they are indy or agency, as long as I can get an appointment with them.
Sara runs a good ship, she should continue offering us the Girlfriend types she has been known to offer. We all know she is passionate about what she does. But lets all not forget what we are here for, I think its great that we all want to see this hobby run like a business, but in the end why are we making this more stressfull than it needs to be?

agencies ran by ex-providers or guys or girls are all the same. They are a service oriented business which makes money from margin. Girls are not stupid, they know what they are doing and for how much, as soon as they figure out the basics, they jump to be on their own
While some agencies go to the expense of running paid ads and monitoring services, others simply rely on free postings and various client lists to generate business. Neither one can justify the margins they take!
I saw Holly and Kiley through Pure and they both told me (unsolicited) that they weren't getting enough clients and they were mainly sitting around alone in a hotel most of the time.
Thanks for posting your experience. The whole low volume business model is great for Sara, but it really doesn't help the girls who want to make money and pay off those student loans or medical bills.
Now not only are the girls sitting in hotel rooms watching TV, but they also have to give Sara a cut from their income. No wonder they decided to go independent.
Sorry but seems like Sarah has their best interest at heart and gets slammed for it.

You can keep defending Sara all you want but I just finished emailing with one of them and Sara certainly didn't have their best interests at heart. I can't get into details but ask yourself why she has only two girls?
That's their choice, at least they would be making the much needed money !!! They can always say no after certain number of clients, but they can't magically have a client with white envelope show up at their door.
now you have agency owner that tries to run safe and non exploitative shop. Still no good? I personally applaud Sarah for her values and the way she runs business.

I don't think anyone is slamming her for the way she runs her business, Most are commenting on the way she reacted to finding out the girls went indy.
To Saras own words, she encourages girls to go indy, so maybe this is what is causing confusion.

You are right on the money, friend. I don't think it makes sense that the girls will get better clients if they go independent. It makes even less sense when the agency's whole business model is based on thorough screening.
Now the girls are not only sitting in their room watching TV, but when the clients do show up, there are not good clients...

Thats whats good about a board like this. You can sometimes get both sides of a story, even if your not in the story. I have only heard good things about the lady at PGF. I wish her well and a bright future. Looking forward to seeing some new faces I guess at her website. She seems to hire the right girls that are in my target area.
Neithr Holly nor Kiley got a single review over the last two months with Pure. Let's see what happens now that they are Indy. If they start getting loads of activity and reviews as indys (which I am sure they will) as opposed to the stagnation with Pure- that should answer the question as to what is happening at Pure.
Guys still want to see them but someone was blocking them.
I saw Kiley once in the past two months, had also previously seen her, but never got around to writing a review out of sheer laziness. I probably would've given her an 8/8 for both times as her looks and performance were similar each time. Now that she's gone indy, I don't think it makes sense to post a review for my last encounter with her since I have no idea if the service/atmosphere/experience will be changing.
The last time I saw her, she did say she wasn't getting many appointments although it wasn't apparent to me that the agency was the cause, but then again I didn't really pursue it with her since that wasn't why I was seeing her. And to be honest, she'd made a similar complaint the previous time I saw her (more than 2.5 months earlier) and it was how she framed her complaint back then that made me slow to visit her again. In any case, as 3rdParty and others have essentially said, we shall see how the market speaks to these two newly independent gals. Personally, her new price is out of my comfort zone but at her old price, she was probably going to be a repeat for me. And FWIW, while I've never had a bad experience with PGE, I'm also working from a pretty small sample size.

I've heard from girls who were from other agencies complain to me about having to bang upwards of 8 or more guys a day with only 30 minutes in between, sometimes less like 2 minutes lol. No time in between? That is DISGUSTING if you ask me.
I only wish to see ladies who are clean, fully rested, and relaxed.
PGF even allowed enough time for me to shower early so that it doesn't eat up my time. Very classy and professional.

I just saw a good at another well known agency. I won't mention their name because I still may use them but the provider was complaining how she was booked with no breaks between clients, just barely a few minutes to freshen up. She was really tired and couldn't wait for her visit to end. I never heard this about Pure Girlfriends. If the girls were underbooked, that may be a reflection of their popularity and not the agency but since they have been gone indy and raised their rates, they will soon find out for themselves.
to have had Holly or Kiley contribute to this thread. I would have loved to hear what they had to say about this topic.
