Watch youself Katy. The Harbor Police l(they are still LE) love  to investigate hotties acting suspiciously or whom they surmise (with their binoculars) are less than scantilly clad.  Having said that...I had a couple hot friends out in the evening last year, topless but with bikini bottoms, me in the midst of doing  one  in K-9 over starboard side.  Harbor police approached from port side...girls  thought quickly...dropped their bikini tops into the water, sobbed a little with breasts covered, and told police they dropped their tops!  and were leaning over to try to fish them out and could they please help. (Lol). The young Harbor Police bucks were flattered and more than happy to help the unfortunate ladies  fish 'em out!  Harbor LE then took off with a wink and smile to me!  We resumed activities down below.   The point is...be wary, as other boaters can either enjoy the sights...or get upset and call cops.
