For TER, the photo needs to be already on the internet at a site that is open to the public. So the steps are:

(1)  Once you decide which photo you want to share with the TER folks, you copy the picture's internet address/URL......either by copying it from the web browser address line or right clicking the picture and selecting properties

(2) On the TER discussion topic that you start, copy the picture's internet address/URL in the "picture URL:" text box as a replacement for the "http://" that is there by default.

(3) Then just type your TER discussion topic entry and click "post message" box as normal to post your message....with your selected picture viewable.
