As this "scam" activity seems to be growing more every year, I am forced to ask if this is starting to become something more organized... beyond the usual couple girls and a guy thing we have seen in the past.  It seems to be a very directed effort and I am surprised that other organizations that offer legit services are not working harder behind the scenes to get these idiots out of the way as it must be negatively impacting their businesses.  Just curious.

firstly, how did you find out they were scammers? and what is the consequence of answering these ads. I assume the pictures aren't real, but do they upsell or rip you off (runaway with money)?
