You are correct that you should never ask the escort for a clarification. The reason for the confusion, which is common, is that the escort's profile is filled out by the first person who publishes a review. There can be much that is inaccurate –  price, services offered, height, breast size . . . just about anything. For a variety of reasons, the first review is often not particularly accurate. ('Cept for Beefeater, who is the gold standard.)

The more reliable sources of information are recent reviews by reliable reviewers and, in some cases, services explicitly offered on the escort's website. I wouldn't strike an escort from consideration just because of confusion like this. If there are a string of reviews describing the services you seek, I'd trust them.

It is also possible to pm a reviewer to confirm the services offered. Sometimes reviewers will respond and sometimes they won't, but this is another option for reassuring yourself prior to a visit.

Perhaps this question has been addressed before, so please excuse me if it is a repetitive question. Also my question is in no way meant to imply that the reviewer or the reviewed party is manipulating the circumstance. The answer I presume could also be an "YMMV". So here it goes: I don't quite understand the inconsistent information on the escort's profile and the actual review. For instance: the profile of the escort may say: Kiss_ No. Or BlowJob: Yes with condom. Then when reading the actual reviews, the descriptions are reverse. Some cases when there is Kiss_No, the actual review says DFK. And Blow Job: Yes with condom, the actual review says BBBJ. Since, I don't know what the real answer is, I end-up passing on the escort since I'm bewildered. I understand it could be a case of YMMV so sometimes, I windup finding some "consistency" with the escort's reviews and making a decision from that. But have been burned that way too.
I guess one way is to ask the escort outright. But isn't that  type of questioning prohibitive in the initial contact. In short, what info can I trust, the profile or the review? I must include that I have relied on reviewers that have good reputations on TER and have made decisions on their opinions. But some of the reliable reviewers don't always see or have not seen the women I would like to see.

It is my understanding that the profiles are set by the first reviewer.  In order for it to be updated someone must contact mgmt.  Sometimes it's the provider and sometimes it's a reviewer.

It is not unusual for a lady's menu expand and contract over time; and the profiles are not "real time" indicators.  So, the lesson is to read the reviews. Also, YMMV is still the rule of the road.

The information that is posted is from the original poster unless a reviewer has sent into support an update of the description and it is accepted.

Providers are people and they have comfort zones and not client is treated the same.

Read the reviews and if you feel comfortable about the situation go for it.  If you feel there is to much variation - pass until there are more reviews.

I would trust the most recent reviews. The profile is set by the very first reviewer, and some things change over time.

Thank you all for your insights and recommendations. I have a  much clearer perspective on this subject and wish to greet you all a safe Happy New Year. Hoping we all have more wealth to share in 2010 with all the wonderful providers that have been so generous and patient with us. Cheers.

Sometimes the first reviewer is someone the Agency has placed with to get her comfortable. This first guy sometimes get better treatment or gets away with more than the rest of us will, once she is experienced. Some guys lie in there reviews also.

I'd add that the categories available may not cover a reviewer's experience with a girl.  The reviewer may just checking the box that get's closest to what happened, which may differ from encounter to encounter.
