I’m old school, maybe it’s the Cougar in me πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ
Back in the day outcalls were always a little less , in calls where more due to hotel expense factored in, higher rate also included a nicer hotel ,  no reviews got less per hour , good reviews justified the asking rate, good reviews and decent rate = happier clients ? Is seems some rates are extreme with zero reviews with out or in call? Do Gents prefer to see reviews to justify the 🌹? πŸ’•.

Outcalls command a premium if the girl does in and out because of lost opportunities at the incall location. It's also the only time wise men will give a deposit (some idiots still give deposits and still get ripped off LOL πŸ˜‚).

The rates are independent of the reviews for the most part. But, if the service is good, reviews are important because some guys, understandably, don't like to TOFTT. (I only logged on tonight because I took a chance and was very happily surprised, which I'm going to post about.) There are women who command $$$ for average-to-good service, and vice versa. In the world of pricing, some people see high rates ad reassuringly expensive. Go figure. LOL.

On the other hand, if you get good reviews and want to jack your rates, that definitely makes it more plausible.

All that said, you should kill this thread and repeat it on the General board -- you'll get a lot more feedback.

GL!

This thread is spot on , I personally appreciate both in and out call, I like reviews to see if the person is real, pics are real , and we all can get a vibe off the review to see if it was great, or if not so great based on chemistry not necessarily the provider. In todays world of higher prices I guess everyone wants to verify for the price.

I don't mind increased rates for outcall.  Makes sense due to extra time and effort on the provider's part.

Separate from the in/outcall factor, there have been several threads/discussions about rates, which many people feel are a bit out of wack - and have been since COVID.  Personally, I think some of the high rates we're seeing are due to new providers who don't understand the market, and they're buoyed by new hobbyists who still have extra money laying around.

One thing I've noticed is providers with high rates and few reviews don't seem to last, so yes, I think reviews matter.

I'm defining high rates in this market (DC) as $700 or more. That said, I can't think of the last time I paid over $600.

I personally can't think of what a $700-$1000 an hour provider brings to the table that a $400 provider doesn't bring.  Exceptions for specialty work of course, but that's not my scene.

A provider could have two dozen 10/10 reviews and I can't imagine myself paying $1200 for an hour with her. But I'm not a private-equity-venture-capital-finance guy with a 7-figure income. Maybe for those guys, $1200 an hour makes sense. But a string of 8s and 9s will convince me to consider (note I said consider) spending $500 and maybe even $600.

Disclaimers:
1) I endorse providers charging whatever they wish.
2) Over time, the market will decide what the appropriate rates are.
3) We're definitely in an inflationary cycle - prices for just about everything are high right now.

I pretty much agree with everything you mentioned.

I've only seen higher rates for outcalls - I can't remember the last time I saw a rate structure that had a higher incall number. I can really only do incalls so  I would hesitate to see anyone who charges more for that.

I know some ladies may not work full-time because of another career. In that case I think they should consider using Dayuse to get a cheaper rate for a hotel room. If you're only booking 2-3 clients and can line up the appointments right it may very well be worth it - you basically get 4-6 hours use of a room at a rate that is considerably less than a typical one night rate at the same hotel.
