i always used the ticket clinic. they are in evert state (i think)... now i use cruise control and stay in the middle lane. most of the time..... lol lol lol i had a blast on my recent road trip where roads were 70.. i miss that. this 55 is not easy!!!

in general: 0-9 MPH above posted limit is 3 points 10-19 MPH above is 4 points 20+ above is 6 points & reckless Also anything above 75 is reckless.. Not to mention if it is a work zone: posted + 10 is a reckless... Been there done that learned the hard way... Oh by the way no radar detectors allowed, will also get you a ticket...

A person shall be guilty of reckless driving who drives a motor vehicle on the highways in the Commonwealth (i) at a speed of twenty miles per hour or more in excess of the applicable maximum speed limit or (ii) in excess of eighty miles per hour regardless of the applicable maximum speed limit.
Had they clocked you at 61, they would be hitting you with reckless and a misdemeanor....
I've been popped twice for doing 76 on 495, both times to it a lawyer to go to court to get them to drop it, over $1k in costs.... So I'd recommend not complaining about 4 points.... MDB
