Willing to bet that this is part of some bait&switch or not delivering as promised type deal that has been going on lately. Check out the ripoff ads that have been reported for the DC area, and call the numbers both on the ad for Linda and for the ripoffs. Pretty sure same lady answers for all of them despite most being 'Independent'
