BUT... the PV agencies are almost never busted and some have been in business for many years, advertised openly.  Seems the cops only concern with it as a Quality of Life enforcement aka the neighbors complain about the obvious creepy guys at all hours.   Also seems Asian parlors get busted some because of the sex trafficking exploitation/ slavery of immigrants thing, along with neighbors complaining.  But still, lots of those openly advertising and located in lots of strip malls... except in Mo Co which is No Go.
PV is different. One screens to a degree and that pisses some off...but it makes the girls feel safe.

And I assume they are good with property managers and may get taxed for such an arrangement. :-P

How do they know you weren't selling insurance or the maintenance man? Haha.

Hoping someone could help provide some clarity here. I do not have interest in anything more than a massage with release. In fact I dont even want this service from someone that also offers FS since I know I'll pay more for the time and I dont trust myself not to go further. Till now, I have visited many erotic massage parlors in Canada where this sort of thing was legal.

Now that I'm in DC, I'm confused to what is legal. I found a massage provider who operates out of her home and offers a full body massage. She advertises on BP. Reviews are positive. Am I risking a run in with the law if I make an appt and visit this provider? What law would I actually be breaking here? Is it visiting a masseuse who may not have a license?

I mean ya give ya GF a gift and then she fucks ya that's prostitution last time I checked. We all just visit friends and if they do something illegal I know nothing bout that. I would need to see pictures of money transferring hands and then me doing something for it to have ever happened.

(except for a few counties in Nevada of course)

So if legality is a primary concern, then you are out of luck.
But you can still get the release you want at many places in the DC metro area with little risk (I'd avoid Backpage).
Other websites specialize in detailed reviews for those places (which we are not allowed to mention on TER because they are deemed to be competitor sites).

that helps is to see a Licensed masseuse, ones that aren't licensed can't really advertise.  It is a profession you have to be licensed to even advertise to the best of my knowledge.  At least this way you can fall back on the fact that she is a true "professional".  There are some listed here on TER and it seems there is becoming more and more, probably for this reason.

if she makes sexual contact with you, for money, even with hands only, its illegal.  Also illegal to massage without a license, the reason being is the license is used to weed out the erotic masseuses and a tool to use against massage parlors when nothing else can be proved.   In VA they can also bust her for operating a Bawdy House and you for visiting one, which is an attractive charge because it doesn't require proof of a specific act, just that the place is known to be a sexual business and she and you were there.

This is a great thread - it is always helpful to hear the wisdom of other's experience.

You get a regular massage, so they cant be accused of that being a pretext. Then after the flip they ask you to take their hand and put it where you give them permission to touch. Seems like a pretty effective way to get rid of any legal problems.
