Is not the same woman as Muse L. Her recent reviews are being added to the profile of Muse L instead of starting a new profile. Her profile on DS is the accurate one.

Clearly two different ad urls are being used. I've not seen her so probably would be ignored if I submit one but I had already her the old Muse L and the new Muse are different people.

Given the new one seems much better than the prior one (Muse L) from a few years back seems like it might be in everyone's interests to get the two profiles separated and the correct URL posted on TER. I'll let them know that the URL is not current and should only be associated with reviews from April and May 2022 but not sure that will get a new profile created.

I filed a problem report as you described, suggesting separating the recent reviews into a new profile. But it probably needs a new reviewer taking the trouble to creating the new profile.

I try to be a good board member and report when providers have two separate profiles that can be merged or when a provider’s review is mixed up with another’s profile.

The last three Problem Reports I submitted came back as “Response Required” and that I needed to contact “TER Customer Support”…well, I thought that was the whole point of a Problem Report.

Sounds like a good excuse to go see her so you can tell TER you've seen them both and they are different. Create the new review and have the other 2022 reviews moved ;-)

Same thing happened to me. I just gave up. I don't get why the need to jump through hoops. If they don't want to give vip days for it of something, then don't give them. But having to contact twice on a problem report makes no sense.

Eventually the mods merge the reviews.  I recently saw a certain K girl at DS and wanted to review her.  Notice these gals also provide at a Philadelphia k girl agency, found her profile here and directly communicated to mods which added DC as her second city.

Problem reports are really for reporting a clear and obvious problem that does not require TER do additional investigation (and no, in general TER is not just going to take the word of any of us saying something.) For example, when two profiles have the same name, same ad and personal web URL, same phone number and such they can merge without much concern so a problem report is sufficient.

Sometimes additional information is need and more details -- possibly from more than the one person reporting -- that's when the report should be done via the Contract Us link rather than the Problem Report link. Or at the very least, you should expect that there will be more follow up stemming from the problem report.  Whether or not the situation with Muse (new person) versus Muse L (prior person) falls into the Problem Report (seems that both I and A6 have done so) or if additional info or a report from someone having seen both providers is needed don't know.

This has actually come up several times over the years and you can find some thread if you care to look on both the GD board and Newbie board. PerfectStorm probably has the definitive write ups on the best way to use the two contact paths and criteria for making the choice.

Jensen, this USED to be the case. Now not so much anymore.

I created a problem report on a review giving 10 in service (to my atf too) despite not mentioning Greek or threesome. This is TERs job to make sure reviews are consistent with their own rules. I got the dreaded "response required". What more can I reply to them? It's self-explanatory.  That review is still there btw. A ten in service for a kgirl provider who doesn't do anything with her ass and who neither has done nor likes doubles.

Two times I got the "response required". I messaged admin about it and then without explanation my problem report was approved. I didn't need to do anything.
