Have you guys ever heard about fetishists who are into wearing mascot-like costumes (puffy rabbit,chickens, ect)? Wonder if he was into that scene.

there was a new law specifically targeting indoor prostitution, lay low until it was clear how vigorously LE was going to enforce it?  Seems like an almost self-inflicted wound!

Reading some news articles it appears the change is law was made after several arrests against massage parlors were overturned since the Rhode Island law specifically outlawed outside solicitation....
