I agree that it can sometimes be difficult to get approved by the agencies that you list (all of which are top shelf and very much worth the effort).  This said, if you carefully follow the instructions on their websites using one of the verification methods that they offer, you can get approved.  Be patient, perhaps persistent, but always very polite.  Their need for discretion is entirely understandable.  I have been approved by nearly all of them (just haven't had time to seek verification for one of them) and I don't have (and never had) an indie k-girl as a reference.  Good hobbying

it's got absolutely nothing to do with having indie Asian references. I'm not even convinced that that is a plus at all.    

It has everything to do with being willing (in this market - other major markets often request that you text your information) to fill out their contact form and provide them everything they ask for exactly as they request,  and with being patient and not bothering them *at all* while you wait to hear back, and being completely polite in all follow up communication.   And once you get your first 'date' being polite and respectful with their girls - always - as well as keeping the appointments you request and not becoming a pain.

It blows me away that guys are willing to provide the kind of personal information they ask for. If that stuff gets out it would be the end of your job for most people.  

AND - not to be too paranoid, but a. why wouldn't they trade that information if they get in trouble, and b. you DO know that ALL internet traffic gets recorded, right? And you DO know about "parallel construction", right?
