my gf is going out of town later this month(on my bday too )  so i decided i would treat myself.  The only thing is there is so much to choose from.  Even with the reviews its hard.  Plus i am terrified of getting ripped off.  Could anyone recommend a young, hot, gfe for me.  Much appreciated.

Make your picks, then use the reviews to find a lady with almost all of positive reviews, preferably local.  

You may not find a lady with 100% positive, because some reviewers are very hard.  But 99% ladies definitely exist locally.

This will almost guarantee finding a well-respected local provider.  Chance of a rip-off in this case is effectively zero.

You might want to get started now.  It is not as simple as you just picking which lady you like best.  She may not see you since you are a newbie without refs.  If you don't want to spend your birthday alone, you may want to check into things soon!  Good Luck.
