What area do you gentlemen prefer in DC for visits?? Trying to figure out the best area metro and traffic wise?? Any suggestions would be great!

Dupont Circle - metro and the larger hotels have underground parking open to the public.

Are you staying restricted to Washington, DC itself?  Then I would agree that Dupont Circle is probably the best location, but for many of us we prefer the Tyson's corner area or Columbia, MD depending on where we work and play!

Bethesda is the best and most accessable part of the DC area. A short drive from Northern VA and borders Northwest DC and has easy METRO access. Not only that but it is approximately 1/2 hour drive from Baltimore. There is ample parking and has a pretty active restaurant/bar scene.

Bethesda beats Tysons, Arundel Mills, Downtown DC any day of the week. Any questions send me a PM

If I was a working girl and I was here for a week I'd rotate (not talking about spinners here) between Bethesda, Tysons, Crystal City, and Dupont for maximum coverage and maximum work time lunch and 'meetings' crowd.

It's an hour +15 minute drive for me (I am located way south on 95) but when locations are downtown DC (parking is $25 mostly before 6 PM, hassle of traffic coming out of DC), or Bethesda (too far to drive), I have to agree Tyson's is the best.

I would skip any provider in Columbia or other Maryland area unless it was a visitor that I just had to visit.

No problem to get to Tyson.  Easy to park.

I'm visiting in Tysons now, and the area is great! Great parking, and the mall is WONDERFUL!! Plenty of places to eat, etc, and if your hotel has a shuttle, they'll take you where ever you need to go within a certain distance!
