I see that they have some ladies reviewed on here. I sent a PM and e-mailed them a question and got zero response. All they needed to do was send a short response but I didn't even get that. I don't know what to think.

For those of you who have used Desirable Companions, what have your experiences been like in dealing with them?

If you feel more comfortable sending me a PM, that's fine.

They keep your PM on file and use it to send you their weekly schedule.  At least that's what happened to me when I try to contact them.

I have only used them once and that was just recently.
Found that email/texts where not responded to well, but that phone calls where quickly and professionally handled.

I have used them on several occasions and always had good service from appointment takers as well as providers.

PM is often not the best way to communicate with an agency. There are exceptions to that, but I would pick up the phone for Desirable.

Never assume every account is a VIP account when you PM. Non VIP accounts an get PM's but the user can't read them. Accounts expire all the time, one never knows.

E-mail is best, however Beefeater's comments have the truest tone in the ring of overall truth

Desirable has had some IT challenges recently, to include picking up and moving from their established domain name to another domain name in sort of a hasty fashion.  Perhaps they are still trying to get the kinks out at their new hosting environment.  Otherwise, I've heard only good things about Desirable.  I think the suggestion about picking up the phone and calling is your best bet.  Good luck!

Thats what I was going to say, You cannot always assume they have PM.

Without filling out the new client form on their webpage, you probably will not get a reply and will not be able to make an appointment.

They have always been very good to me!
