You should have known better if Mr. Gray said the government only has 100 million left in emergency funds. What kind of government or country has such a low fucking amount on reserve? Why would we be talking about the US government? The sting was run by the DC metro police and he is the DC major so of course he was speaking about the DC emergency funds.
I hate driving around some of those places and see those filthy pimps and crowds just hanging around like its no big deal. It degrades the community with drugs and crime with their presence.
