Heading to DC for a couple days. I did the search and found a couple. Wanted to get the local feedback as well. Looking for a thin, young 18-22, spinner type. Thanks in advance for your help

You will find that many of the providers in that age range are with the local agencies. PrimeDC and Desirable Companions both have excellent reputations and several well-reviewed spinners. You have many you can choose from. Rebecca at Desirable is astonishing. An outlier is Thalia Thumper who is independent, young, slender, and quite tall. I say she's an outlier because she is way into the PSE experience and toys. I don't think you'd forget either one of these. Crystal is great. I don't know what Cadence Lee is up to these days, but she is world class. Note: most of the ladies I mentioned are 23 so they don't officially fall in your range. Crystal appears younger than she is.
There are a ton of good, young providers in DC these days. As you probably know, it's can be hit or miss with the young ones who are new to the business. The ones I mentioned are very reliable, but there are plenty of others.
