I'm 90% sure the PIC is stolen and/or fake as I recognize it from a provider who traveled through this way some time ago.
The lady in the PIC, as I remember her, she was significantly overpriced for this market during her last visit here, so for her to return with a $150/30 min offer does not fit.
With that said, you can TOFTT and see if it is the lady in the PIC and she simply adjusted her pricing for this area; cause if you arrange for the hour then the quoted fee would fall in the starting range/norm for this market of $300/$350.
I'm a fan of the Asian persuasion but in this case I'll wait for more intel given my previous exposure/knowledge of the lady in the PIC.
Well cant speak to the accuracy of the pics but the rate is not out of the question for Asians. Its below the area Asian agency rates but for an independent trying to establish herself its possible. However Ive seen girls leaving agencies increase their rates over those charged by their old agency..Dont know quite why they thought that would work out for them but its still capitolism I guess. Sort of a crap shoot I think..Its kind of iffy...Good luck to you if you take the plunge.

Great responses thanks. I suppose if it isnt her I can alway get out of there but thats happened to me before and I usually stay anyways. I dont get the feeling this is an LE operation. She is in the Farragut area. Might see her one morning thus week.
No evidence. Im sure they are fake pics but ive come to expect that from bp. Her number and these pics have been used in lots of places: Boston, Texas, Hawaii. Not sure if that is a tactic local LE would employ.
