So an agency I know and use has a new girl whose first day on the job is today. Anyone have good experiences with new providers? Any tips? Should I wait for a review? I trust the agency so I think quality will be okay, but I don't know...

True , I only mean she's new at providing.

If its actually her first day its a real crap shoot for you.  If you have experience with the agency and want a TOFTT experience it might be your chance with low downside.  You could wind up with anyone from a really nervous rookie that has no clue what she's doing to a natural that takes to it like a duck to water.  I've been with a few newer providers and it has worked out quite well as they want to learn the business and seem to really want to please the customer, though I've never seen anyone on their first day.  I'd go in with a very open mind, lowered expectations, and some patience and understanding.  Actually, I'd never go  in for this situation but that's my 2 cents worth of advice.   Good luck.  Maybe you'll find the next 10/10.

I'm fairly certain I know the agency and girl you are talking about.  That agency posts accurate pictures, and based on her photos, I'd say go for it!

I will wait until somebody write review of her..

Hey, we all need to take a chance at TOFTT once in a while...

If it was me I'd go ahead and if you trust the agency then no worries. If you have an awful time I'm sure they will make it up to you. I personally like to see them if I get a chance with in the first day or two.
