a short pattern maybe, but I wouldn't throw matches to start a fire until more then one bad review is posted... She has so many outstanding reviews that I find it hard to think this would be cause to burn the poor girl at the stake.

I doubt she will reply to this thread as it would do more damamge then good I'm sure.

and every other poster who has come to my defense now and in the past. First off, for the longest time I was unable to post here. (Long story short I bought my laptop from soemone who ran an agency and there was a problem with my cookies). But now I can tell my side. Hurray! Secondly, I think message boards like this are an great way for you guys, as "consumers" to get a better idea of the provider your interested in. It's like the Better Business Bureau for this business. But sometime info isn't so accurate. Plus, it can be one sided. I'd love to post all the no-shows and rude clients I've dealt with. Secondly, to any members who tried and failed to reach me, I am sorry and I would have posted sooner but I don't use this board much. Maybe if I tell you guys a little about me you can better understand. Basically, I am living two lives. From 10am until about 8pm I am Carmen. Carmen answers her own phone, screens her own clients and books her own sessions. If you are averaging about 50 to 70 calls a day, it's hard to juggle it all. There are going to be some guys who can't reach me. Carmen's vmail is almost always full even though she checks her messages religiously. If you leave a message and I am not able to call you back within an hour, I don't call back at all. This is not because I am ignoring you. It's out of respect for my client's privacy.  For all I know you could be with your wife or co-worker an hour or two after you've left a message and I don't what to create a problem for you. Judging from these posts, maybe I should reconsider this practice. And, yes, since I am near the airport I do get bad reception which sometimes means that I'll have missed calls and not even know it. Just for the record-I am on my 3rd cell phone company and they all suck near the airport. As for the no shows, it's simply not true. I have in the past few months had to cancel a few appointments to tend to personal matters. But every attempt is mad to reach my client and let hime know. This is where my second life comes in. After work I go home to my family. Without getting too personal, this year has been trying for us since we have moved to the area from Miami. I love Baltimore, so much in fact that I live in DC and make the 45 minute commute here everyday. My clients have been awesome, loyal, caring and encouraging. In fact, in July I lost my best friend to suicide and recently lost my aunt to cancer. I was ready to retire because the stress was affecting my performance. Know why I'm staying? The support of my regular clients was overwhelming. I consider myself a professional, fun and passionate companion who gives 100% of myself to my clients. I love what I do but it hurts that people who haven't even seen me are so harshly criticizing me. But I understand from the posts one thing: there are alot of guys in the area who are fustrated with how difficult is is to reach me. I will do some brainstorming for ideas to solve this problem. There was mention that my responding to the criticizing, I may do more harm than good. I certainly hope not. Everyone is entitled to their opinion and I hope everyone understands that that's all those posts are, people's opinions, not facts, just thoughts and these too are just my thoughts. One last note, one of you gentlemen sent me an email alerting to the posts here. I accidently deleted the message, so I just wanted to say "Thank you"!
