When you meet a civvie lady, if you want to sleep with her, you have to treat her nice and she has to get a good and comfortable feeling about being around you for her to sleep with you. First, let me say that I was not part of the first string on this subject nor do I have a comment regarding Miss Pamela's position in this recent debate. I do have a different story that might contradict the logic of some of your unequivocal White Knight opinions of her service.
Long ago I saw Miss Pamela under one of the other alias she has provided in the DC area. She clearly has a lot of good reviews and a lot of supporters and these aliases had more to do with her trying to establish newer (higher) price points and not necessarily running from bad reviews under different names. That is the part of giving her the benefit of the doubt. My unfortunate experience had to do with seeing her for a late morning appt and nodding off in the middle of the appt. It was not too early for her to still be sleepy (like 11AM) and not too late for her to have been tired from too many appts. I think she was either recovering from a very, very late and perhaps partying night or was on something that would cause her to be this drowsy. It was still not something I expected given the history of good reviews and her rate.
Just throwing this out there before you throw in such a glowing report that she is ALWAYS on point.

I've been hobbying for 10 years and I've never had someone ask me for my TER ID as a condition before meeting.
As a provider, you can't rack up a bunch of reviews and then claim you have a "no review" policy so that nobody can bump you out of your spot on the top 100. That's not how it works. If you agree to have a profile on TER, then you agree to be reviewed. If you want to go UTR, then you must have your TER profile removed entirely.

First, she never asked for my TER handle when we first met about two or three years ago. Secondly, she has never asked me to write a 10/10 review or she would not see me. As a matter of fact, the highest score I ever gave her was 9 (I reviewed her at least three times under different names). I gave her an 8 one time because I thought she had gotten a bit chubby in the middle (she always has a beautiful face).
I saw her about half a dozen times. She never flaked on me and I always left verysatisfied. Now, it could be because I am her preferred client but I seriously doubt it; I don't see her regularly (2 or 3 times a year at most) and I never tipped her or bought her any gifts. I do treat her with respect and she reciprocates. Nothing more and nothing less.
Saw Pamela a few times, maybe once a month at most. She's always been cordial, on time, professional.

As mentioned I scheduled the appointment days in advance, confirmed per email two hours before like requested, confirmed via text 30 minutes before to make double sure and be courteous, sent an email through my TER handle per her request 15 minutes before (which was difficult since I was on my Iphone and TER mobile cant be tricky), and was where I was supposed to be when I was supposed to be there. What did I do wrong? How was I rude? Well, when a provider w/30 reviews in 2 months asked me not to post a review I had asked "why?" I was curious and trying to protect myself in the same way she was. Always trust your gut, and if your gut says "Hmm, why would a provider w/great reviews which most likely increase her business and provide value to her, ask you not to review her" you cant help but question why that is. Thats not being rude. I responded asking if she was canceling, and she never bothered to respond. I hung out where I was supposed to be for 15 minutes waiting to hear. I was disappointed, I was looking forward to meeting her, and was excited about the appointment. I even sent a text later saying I was sorry it didnt work out, and a PM thru TER saying the same thing because I felt bad that her time was wasted in the same manner mine was.
