If you really want to reach someone it's not "wasteful" if you haven't tried the other options and you just keep trying the one that doesn't work. She has a direct email and number you can reach her at.

tried emailing (afaik date check sends things to the email address), it is about travel schedule so calling/texting seems wasteful.  Thanks for the help
