I used to be hyper sensitive about my reviews now I don't care.

I know who I am and what I offer.  My pictures are accurate, my reviews are accurate.

All of the clients who need to get on the internet and play martyr or as though they are the most refined connoisseur of women (most of whom would never look at them in real life) can kiss my ass.
My service is for real men with a great deal of sense who are in need of a good woman who looks like me and serves it up like me.

I'm no longer afraid of the review process any longer.

Your concern about extremely low ratings is  valid.  Good reviews are certainly one factor in your success.  Equally valid is the other "I know who I am; let the chips fall where they may" attitude.  As a client, I hope you do read all my reviews.  Not as to whether I'm an easy or hard rater, but to learn something more about me.  My ratings, by the way, are consistently high, but I don't consider myself as easy rater as much as a thorough researcher.  Each lady I see has been selected because I believe she is quite well suited to  please me.  I haven't really missed yet.

I read every review of each provider before I ever decide to make an appointment.  In doing so, I've often come across some much lower reviews.  More often than not, I conclude that the guy had such a bad attitude toward women in general or providers in particular or even toward himself that if I were a provider I'd never consider seeing the jerk.  Your case sounds similar.

I recently had a very pleasant experience with regard to providers reading reviews.  This particular lady, or at least her assistant, had read my reviews, and she tailored our session specifically to please me based on my reviews.  Now understand, I'm not particularly demanding nor do I have any off-the-wall fetish, but I especailly appreciated the extra time and effort that it took to do that.

Trust me that most reasonable guys will read that one review much aston did. An anomaly in otherwise good reviews.

The importance of reading reviews carefully cannot be stressed enough. I fell into a pit with a very hot provider with a few good reviews. What I missed was a consistent message that she ran a scripted session with 2 minutes of this followed by 2 minutes of that, and no MSOG in an hour session.

She got by on her looks, IMO, and failed to notice. The pattern. She was also did not have a whole lot of reviews at the time.

Bottom-line, most serious TER clients can read beyond the sheer numbers and read between the sheets, as it were. Don't sweat the odd bad review, even if it unjustified.

If you focus on providing a consistent level of service,  that will serve you well in the end.

Meaning we tend to drop off the really low scores and the really high ones, or just average them out.

If a girl has 20 9/9 reviews a 10/10 isn't so out of place, but a 5/6 would be. Same goes for a girl who is mostly 7s if I see a 10/10 on her I'll probably disregard it. Even those that I do disregard, I will still read the review to find out if the text tells us why he scored her low or high.

If he scored her high because she ass-fucked him with a strap-on, I may be inclined to disregard that review. Same goes for low scores, if the story says he hates tattoos and scored her appearance low for that, I'll disregard it.  I like tats.

Bottom line is don't put too much weight into one review.
