I've become increasingly bored with the "hobby," partly because I've been doing it so long. But there's something else.

My two cents: There are a lot more girls, which places pressure on appearing "professional," even if you aren't. I have to maintain a nice site & ongoing Twitter presence to prove I'm legit. But it also creates a situation where a lot of girls' photos, website copy, & social media (places to exhibit your "personality") start to look and sound the same. Everyone is a brand now.

The services that we used to get from those part-timers was far better than the $800 per hour glamor girls with fake body parts and over inflated prices. It used to be that you could accurately predict the scope of available services by the price but now this recent batch thinks that being arm candy with restrictive menu is worth the price. I struck off-agency extended friendships with some of the part-timers but eventually they move on to another life and disappear like smoke. Agreed, 1000 even 800 sessions are a non starter. I have, on occasion, sprung for a high priced provider, only to be reminded that price and performance are not related. Most of my most memorable sessions were with reputable providers in the 300-450 range. Even with the resent price inflation, there is no benefit to going over 500. IMHO

My experience has been that in general, you get what you pay for in Life, if not the Lifestyle.
TER gives us an incredible resource to research, connect, and through the reviews and PM's, you can dial in what you are looking for. I seek those ladies who are moved by the power of being a "YES" girl, more than a "NO" lady. I want what i want and if I am going to pay $700-$1500 per hour, I am going to try and make sure I get my money's worth. The ladies that can command that price point are exceptional enough to set the market, otherwise they would be working for an agency or because they are flakes, upsell at the appointment, or any number of reasons that they are one of many, as opposed to one of the few.
