You might not get the connection that you would from a one on one. Not everyone is feeling a mental connection. It is always worth a try at least once. I personally  really enjoy doubles. They can be fun with the right people.

Great MFF duo's are tough to arrange and several factors come into mind from experiences:

Crucial that the ladies are into each other, the level of the chemistry is often exponential of one on one  
You enjoy meeting each individually and are comfortable with each one of the companions one on one and vice versa
Sufficient time to plan and arrange for a date, allowing preparations of both mind and bodies  
Setting of the date and being accommodating to both companions' needs
Open communications before during and after
You will be longing for the duo/double to happen if it is truly done right, or it could feel like an obligation  

And yes your body could go into overdrive during duo and give you the energy and stamina to perform at a level allowing greater enjoyment possibly never experienced before

Over the years, I have scheduled several doubles appointments. The only ones that were truly great, were when the ladies actually enjoyed each other. It does not take long as a guy to get overwhelmed if all of the attention is on you. If the ladies interact with each other and you can participate at times and watch at times, it makes everything more relaxing and enjoyable. I would recommend that if you are going to do a doubles appointment that you find two ladies who are truly bi (not sure "gay for pay") and are into each other. They do not have to have even met. Sometimes when they know of each other but have never met, but are intrigued by one another can be even more hot than if they are seasoned doubles partners. However, introducing two ladies that didn't already know each other can be risky.
