Hi, new to this hobby. Was screened by several agencies but failed because lack of referrals.
Any newbie friendly agencies recommended? Asian preferred.

Get a verification service to verify your employment and then build your referral base that way. Don't expose yourself any more than you absolutely have to. A little research on this site will give you an idea of the most accepted verification services for this area.
