Is there a way to review a previously reviewed provider without refilling in the name, e-mail address, web page etc etc Or do you have to fill it out each and every time? Thanks

Just print the profile page, sit down and fill in the form.  It takes all of a couple of minutes.  If part of the profile is no longer correct, submit a problem report to get it fixed.  My situation is particularly well-suited for writing reviews.  I live alone, so I normally write a review within a few minutes of getting home from an appointment.  I find it kind of extends the experience, so I enjoy writing them.  I've pretty much been repeating with favorites, so I have only written one review, an update, recently.

Writing a review is really a small thing to (usually) thank the provider for good service and to  contribute to the community.  Find the fun, and the task is done,  ;-)

The whining about the difficulty in filling out the form never gets less annoying.  My understanding is that there is no "review this provider" button because that would encourage fake reviews.  Perhaps the annoyance factor prevents far more earnest reviews than fake ones.  Regardless, I agree that it has never taken me more than two minutes, usually less, to fill out that information.  I don't always even bother to fill out some of the responses, such as the ones about a massage.

People who whine that they do not write reviews because it is just so hard to fill out the form obviously just do not want to write reviews.  It's not that hard.

I always think that requiring a reviewer to fill out the form discourages fake reviews, and it also makes him think about each item and correct it if necessary. My minor complain is that the information provided by the first reviewer is used -- perhaps TER should allow access to form data submitted by each reviewer -- but you can always submit a problem report which TER usually accept if you are reviewer.
