Hi guys and gals. I've been in the hobby awhile (check my reviews, lol). I've been trying to get in with the Kgirl agencies for a few years with not so much as a response, because for awhile there, they weren't accepting ANY new clients, they had their hands full keeping their current list happy.
But post-COVID world, do you think I would have an easier time? Where to begin? Any agencies that are more "accepting" of new clients? Any tips for me? I have one solid local agency referral, and can go about getting another shortly, I just tend to stick to the Greenbelt AMPs (when they were open) but now I'm leaning more towards going K-Agency for the quality.
Any help or info is much appreciated. Cheers, guys.

I give up trying. I've had an awful time trying to get in with them.
I got into DS recently after several years of being shut out. Once in with them I quickly got approved by VIPK and Asian Gem. Good luck!
I submitted again a week or 2 ago....still crickets.
I've tried about 4 times in the last 3 yrs.
I dont want to keep resubmitting....as thats probably only going to annoy them, and solidify a locked door for me.
I guess its just not in the cards for me.

My 2 indie refs retired....both k girls.
But I gave the other agencies im in with as well....not k girl.
Same, not a peep of a response from DS about a month ago and a month before that despite being good with CP and having a few solid referrals. I used to be a customer with DS and likely whoever they were prior to their last name change (what, maybe 5 years ago?). In fact, I was good with all known K-agencies for several years. I didn’t use DS for the last 2-3 years and have a different phone number now, so there you go. That’s all it takes to be ignored. Oh well.
Did you still have the old number so you could tell them, hey, used to have X and now using Y as my number?
Even that though, is probably a long shot. Maybe the take away is keep the old phone until you get the okay for the new number.
But as you say, "so there you go"; the K is a world unto its own!
I sure did. Gave them my old number and my main handle here in case they wanted to see my fairly extensive list of k-girl reviews (most of them scoring well). I also am whitelisted by a few reputable girls and they reached out to someone who BCC’d me the solid referral she gave them for me. I also mentioned being in good with CP. It’s their loss as much as my own which is not a huge loss all things considered.

I don't think DS is. Everyone is playing safe now. I got lucky to get in because one of my ATF references me. AG or VIP will be easier to get in as long as someone references you or your personal information. I will try them first. AG is one of the best.
Yes they are.
However, they do not accept referrals.
You must go through their own screening process:
> Linked In (you will send an invite to connect with a profile, which they will decline to show that your Linked In profile does belong to you) or email from your work address
> Driver's license with birthdate and your picture showing (you can blank out other stuff)(
> Actual phone call with handler. She is nice and fluent in English to go over rules
DS will once in a while take new clients right now depending on who the referral comes from. They work closely with CP and vice versa. AG will take is definitely taking new clients but you have to have one or two strong, solid referrals from repuatble agencies and then go through a couple other steps for screening depending on who your referrals are. Happy together is the lest stringent of the group, but their ladies can't compete with the other K Agencies. Club VIP will take new clients as long as you can provide good references.

Asian Gems and ClubK are straightforward. Discreet is very difficult. No reply after many attempts. Club Paradise also difficult. I just keep trying. I have KGirl references. Not all agencies work together. Some compete so not always willing to give references. If you can connect with an Asian independent on P411 who is willing to make an intro that sometimes helps... as long as you return to her! Good Luck!
See...now I had very little issue getting in with CP. But I think that was because I had a great relationship with an indie K girl, and her assistant. But, I never even attempted to get in with them until after the indie girl retired....
Now, the others have been impossible for me to get in to this point. DS never responded, and neither did AG. And I havent dared to ask CP if they're willing to vouch for me elsewhere.
I think perhaps the best you can do is working getting a good relationship, really good, with the touring girls. Others have suggested telling them you travel and would like to use them at the other agencies they work. Of course that kind or needs you to actually travel -- or be willing and able to -- so you can then meet them, or perhaps a friend if they are not in the same town. If that girl then never worked at CP they may well have not issues offering reference to DS AG or ClubVIP. They might even tour this area with one of the others.
It's a fucking pain in the but isn't it! LOL -- but honestly I would rather they be more closed than open. At least then the only real risk is nosy neighbors and stupid, noisy customers.

I think others have provided good answers. I personally have never see a case of getting one agency to vouch so you can get into another though.
My approach was to start with some Asian indies and then use them as references to get into the agency. You probably have some usable references to get pass screening with some of the indies here or if you are on P411 you can find some there too.
It really still is that old three Ps thing: polite, patient but persistent (but not a pest so maybe should be 4P

K-girls and K-girls agencies will vouch for each other sometimes. Some are friendly with each other (an alumna and her former agency for example or two agency owners who cooperate on other things). Other aren't. Having someone who would vouch for you in Korean definitely matters a lot, other things being equal.
COVID is probably raising the bar though on the supply side. Any girl who would normally travel back and forth from Korea would be going from a country with less than 1/20th of our infection rate in pretty much any part of the US and facing quarantine restrictions (serious ones, not like here) on return. Travel is also a hassle internationally and domestically even if she is here permanently. Also, there are probably lots even among those permanently here who would just prefer to stay with a small circle of regular, known clients and vice versa until the pandemic is over or at least down to Korea levels.
