Thank you jeopcon1 for your response to my email about who anyone would consider best provider in DC and the best is subjective. What I am looking for is someone that after the donations have been made they can get into the pleasure of the business.  A provider that is more in tune with yes than no.  Make the time that you are with her very special.  If you or anyone else know of a provider in this area with those characterists let me know or I am I being unreasonable.
