I can't speak specifically about that ad, but I did a trip through Viking travel in the Dominican. (which I think is now closed) several years ago and had a great time. A lot of eastern europeans girls. I still get emails from Charlies Angels all the time offering the same package.
CA has taken over the game in DR since Viking left the island. Some of the Viking girls are now at CA. Haven't been to CA but it looks like a similar setup.
After doing much research, I decided to go to Costa Rica and stay at one of the many hotels there that cater to the travelling hobbyist. Much less expensive than the package vacations and hundreds upon hundreds of women to choose from versus the few that a private resort employs.
There is a whole area of San Jose that is referred to as Gringo Gulch and it is full of places that cater to the hobby and since it is legal there, there is no veiled talk, you simply ask for exactly what you want and agree to a price.
Not only that, but if you stay at the right hotels, they check (against a blacklist) or hold the ids of the ladies you bring back to your hotel, they provide room safes in every room to protect your valuables, and they cater to the kind of vacation you want...ie: they do what they can to draw in the best talent.
The hotel I stayed at had a sports bar in the hotel and there were always ladies hanging out there...8 - 10 during the day and up to 40 at night. At another hotel/casino a $3 cab ride away there are at lest 50 - 75 ladies at any time and up to 200 - 300 during prime hours in the evening.
