I've posted two questions today and I don't want to come off just as a voyeur. I'm thinking about taking the plunge myself and I'm probably window shopping too much. I'd appreciate, however, any info about how to go about establishing your credentials your first time contacting a provider or agency as well as any general tips, especially with regard to spotting scams.

Many of your question have been discussed ad nausea on the newbie board - references for newbies, etc. Just do a search their for references and read away.

With no reviews or history you're not likely to get any substantive help on the main boards. The ladies will claim their screening will keep them safe, but the guys are still not likely to offer up anything not already available through a TER search.

If you searched TER for these ladies... maybe tried tineye on the photos... Then you know what most of us know. There are also lots of posts you can read on newbie about seeing unreviewed providers.
