but a provider should maybe think of a better handle than "dusty dog".  Just sayin ....

Just contact TER support.  I know -- I changed my handle a few years ago.  The same flexibility should apply to providers as it does to clients.

I didn't pick it, I was reviewed and it was my email at the time.  I go by Delightful Dusty and have changed my email address but I don't have a way to change the handle.
