With the recent activity surrounding agencies and the "collateral damage" that ensued... the typical posters are likely a bit shy of putting themselves out there yet again. For those of us who have followed this board for some time, we have seen at least 2 or 3 rounds of agencies going down with the subsequent fallout and rebuilding.
As far as BF or any similar agency goes. The girl you see is likely to be the one you get (albeit a bit glam'd up) and the service is likely to be fairly consistent though YMMV of course.
Reviews are almost not that important to be honest. IF you are looking for something in particular then you are probably better off going with an indy rather than an agency anyway.
I was wondering how come some girls have been there for some time but have no reviews. Is it because only few people have seen them so far? Why so many reviews for Alicia but not for ones like Emily? I remember seeing some for this girl Jessica couple weeks ago also. She is no longer found in their site. Any thoughts?
And it's a damn shame they don't. The whole idea behing TER is to share information about the local and visiting talent. If you don't post a review, good or bad, you're defeating the purpose of this medium and cheating your fellow hobbiests out of valuable information. Just sayin!
Agreed, I have actually asked providers about this before. Of course there is a lot of variation between providers, but as a general rule one indicated getting one review for about every 15 to 20 visits.
For us on TER who are you going to see, a reviewed provider or one not reviewed? None of us like to TOFTT so it is safer to go with someone reviewed. Guys who don't use TER might be seeing the ones not reviewed. Or maybe the unreviewed ones or so good that guys want to keep them to themselves. Or maybe they suck and not in the BJ way. Or maybe they have a no reviews policy. So not reviewed is an extra risk. There you have it, your mission should you decide to accept the mission, is to go forth with boner in place and report back. Fun job as long as the report is of a good experience.

Agency is great with consistently great service and talent. I typically don't post reviews because current reviews have been mostly accurate so I see no need to repeat. I am guilty of seeing BFM's new talent and not posting mini's, I don't need the flame throwers that seem to frequent this board.
