Hmmm...not sure about the diabetes diagnosis. I certainly hope not though! That would mean there are a LOT of diabetic men in America!!
But for those that mentioned not wanting to change eating habits...you don't necessarily have to. Personally, I love to eat well and certainly won't pass on garlic mashed potatoes on account of the taste of my cum!
But you can try to incorporate things like pineapple and cinnamon into your diet. Truthfully, who couldn't use a few more fruits in their diet anyway?
