True they are fakes, it is a strange business model but it works, the BP ads do cost $10 per insertion (no pun intended because you won't get any insertion) instead you will get a girl who nothing like the one in the photo who will ask for your ID - she makes a call to her "booker" reports your name - then she sits and chats - and tell you - you have paid for her time/travel and that any physical is illegal and she will call LE if you touch her.
This scam works (I've read so many reports - and when I have I stayed away) - live and learn. I must confess I did have a pain-in-the-ass neighbor and one evening after a "few bracers" I called one and sent her over to his house - reportedly his wife freak out when she answered the door.
