I am in DC close to metro on the 19th and 20th. Wondering gyms, clubs, pilates session or anything that help me to keep my muscles stretch.. ha!

There’s a couple yoga spots on Connecticut Ave north of the metro that do classes for people traveling.  There’s a Washington Sports Club near by too... but I don’t know their membership policy.

( of course this is if my guess is right about your location)

Any events going on in the District next week?  In town for a few days and since I grew up there, don't need to see the touristy things.  Looking for outdoor events if nice weather or indoor events otherwise.  New email:

Turbay,

I will be in the DC area during that time. And I utilize a gym in Alexandria. They might have other locations. As it's a  gym I use in every city/state I'm in.
You're welcome to work out with me if you like.

There's even a jogging/walking/ biking path not far from the Pentagon if you want to enjoy the outdoors.

There's one in Foggy Bottom near the metro stop of the same name.  It's in the same building as the Ritz-Carlton.  Very nice facility.
