I continue to be kind of perplexed how much focus some are putting on things like spying and encryption right now. This law isn't about making it easier for LE to go after providers and clients; it's about making it easier to go after websites that host their advertising. The big point of concern should be about not having your website, Twitter account, etc. taken down and thus potentially losing contacts and the ability to reach out to other contacts.
Obviously, there's value to privacy in general, so I wouldn't dissuade anyone from being careful. But nothing has changed as far as it being easier for Big Brother to spy on your website history or private e-mails. That's not what this is.

You're right. But having a seperated secure email is still a smart play....even if SESTA wasn't looming on the horizon... But the biggest impact this bill will have is shutting down web based advertising for the ladies. Touring independents are really going to suffer the most.
