All, just a heads up.  Responded to this ad (http://nova.backpage.com/FemaleEscorts/u-will-beg-4-more-so-good/16431193) last night.  She works with this girl (http://nova.backpage.com/FemaleEscorts/blond-babesuper-tightready-now/16431234).  They are part of a sting so beware.  Fortunately I sniffed it out when I first got there, so I walked.  But its clear they were trying to entrap me.  Beware and play safe.

Did some sleuthing via Google image search.  For the first ad (x193), the lady in blue is also Alaina from Dallas and other areas in TX.  The bikini-clad lady in the upper left is Trinity from Austin, TX, who, upon searching by her phone number, has been reviewed here on TER (link below), although not terribly recently.  The bikini-clad lady in the fuzzy picture is named Rose, also from Dallas. Ms Trinity appears to be able to be in two places at the same time.  So, among the three young ladies, I'm note sure which one is "Rachel."

The second ad produced similar results.  The impressive chest in yellow is our friend, Trinity.  The young lady wearing 1/2 of a blue lingerie ensemble is Tiffany, also from the Dallas area.  She also has am amazing ability to go between NOVA and Dallas at the drop of a hat.  The young lady with the towel is a bit harder to discern.  The image is associated with a TER-reviewed lady, Amorie (TER ID: 263779), but, the towel picture doesn't appear in her ads.  The lingerie bottom is the same color as the one she's wearing in her acknowledged pictures and the body type is similar.

If it's a sting, somebody went through an awful lot of trouble to create a couple of fake ads using several different girls' ads.  I would think they would be better than that.  But, this is the Fairfax County cops we're talking about.  Regardless, there's so much about these two BP ads that don't ad up that I think your instincts were good.  Something was not right, although I'm not sure it was a sting unless you have some additional facts or evidence.

I wonder why LE would go to the trouble of creating false ads to try and snare some unsuspecting guy.  Every time I look through the backpage ads or CL it strikes me that if LE wanted to they coulld make as many busts(no pun intended)as they wished

I think it's for a couple of reasons --  

Economy of scale.  If they raid someone's incall location, they only bust one lady, one guy, and perhaps a pimp.  If they set up their own location, they can run it like a factory and bust one guy after another.

Physical arrangement.  They can go to a cop-friendly hotel or one that they have enough stuff on to extort the owner to allow the sting to be set up.  The cops like to set up shop in a "suite" type double room.  The undercop bait sets up in one room and the cops set up in the other room.  When the bust occurs, they run in through the interior door from the adjacent room.

Legal stuff.  They can set up their own phone number and record the conversations.  Even in these days of NSA and the Patriot Act, the cops might even have to establish probable cause to get a search warrant to enter her location, especially if it is a private residence.
